A Classic Review: "Strength" featuring John P. Kee
This summer, I was in Boston on a family trip and decided to stop in a store that sold classic music to
check out their Gospel section. As I searched, I found the 1997 album "Strength" featuring John P. Kee. I had it
on cassette some years ago, but I simply had to purchase it again. Pastor Kee is known as one of the greatest Gospel
artists of all time, and for continually producing music that ministers to the soul.
As I listened to this album, I could not help but sing along with nostalgia as I remembered the words
to "Mighty God" and "I Do
Worship". I remember singing these songs as a little girl, and to this day am encouraged by

sure it will bless your heart and bring back wonderful memories.

In addition to being a dynamic speaker, co-pastor, and evangelist, Sharon Dean is a powerful
minister of song. Singing and writing all of the songs, her latest project, "Soul Cries", is certainly a blessing to the worshipper.
She ministers to the soul and encourages us to walk in what God has promised us through songs such as "Believe" and "It'sTime."
Pastor Dean expresses her gratitude to the Lord for all he has done, and in turn envokes the
presence of the Lord, and encourages the listener to do the same. Songs such as "I Bow Down" and "Prayer of Thanks" are just
